S.M.A.R.T. CHALLENGE-A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT?
The S.M.A.R.T. Challenge is a total body workout strength training
workout that I designed that uses body weight for resistance. The
S.M.A.R.T. Challenge is safe for all ages, but challenging enough
for college athletes. Athletes and students alike will find this
workout challenging, fun, and safe! Coaches and teachers will find
the S.M.A.R.T. Challenge is a great way to improve strength levels
in their players and students. (still can add more information if

HOW IS THE S.M.A.R.T. CHALLENGE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER WORKOUTS?
The S.M.A.R.T. Challenge is different from other workouts for several reasons.
First of all, this workout uses body weight for resistance. Most workouts use
weights. One of the biggest problems for teachers and coaches is knowing when
students/athletes are ñreadyî to lift weights. This workout erases that problem.
Another problem coaches and teachers face is the fact that typical strength training programs are boring. I designed this workout with this problem in mind. For example, for my Abs workout, you will not find any ñsitupsî or ñcrunchesî. Why? Because they are boring. Kids will love the S.M.A.R.T. Challenge because they will be doing exercises that are fun and exciting!
My workout is also different from other workouts because other workouts require major equipment. I am a teacher. I understand with on going budget cuts money is limited. With the S.M.A.R.T. Challenge, you will uses things found in any school or house, like a chair, ball, and a book. This means an amazing workout at a low cost!
WHO SHOULD PURCHASE THE S.M.A.R.T. CHALLENGE?
Any coach or teacher looking to improve their respective program. I coach high school
basketball. I teach middle school Physical Education. I have coached middle school
track. I played college baseball. And, I am a marathon runner. I created a workout
that is not sport specific or even gender specific.
